Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located slightly away from the hustle-bustle of the city in a very quiet area. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, appear dated with overcrowded furniture. The service was friendly and helpful overall, with some language barriers encountered. The dining experience had good variety but could get crowded at times. The facilities met basic needs but lacked modern amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were absolutely HUGE compared to our previous Japanese hotel experiences, providing enough space for a solo traveler like me. The convenient shuttle service and friendly staff made it a comfortable and welcoming stay. However, the location seemed a bit deserted, and it may not be ideal for those looking to explore the city easily.
I stayed at the nearby Quality hotel during my trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although on the smaller side compared to Japanese standards. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the bellboy to the front desk staff. The location was convenient near the Port Liner train station, but a bit far from most restaurants. The dining experience was good, though it could get crowded with tour groups. The facilities were satisfactory, providing essential services for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the service was fantastic with extremely friendly and helpful staff, while on the other hand, the room could do with a revamp and felt outdated with old equipment. The location was convenient for those attending conferences but a bit distant from restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of buffet options, but it got crowded during peak times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and convenient with friendly staff but had a strange odor around the desk area and looked outdated with an ancient stereo receiver. The location was great for safety and proximity to transportation but far from most restaurants. The dining experience was varied and satisfying, albeit crowded at times. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
